Forestation on Highways
The project aims to generate plantations of native species in road infrastructure to cushion the negative impact of noise, visual pollution and greenhouse gas emissions generated by the vehicles that travel there.
Plantings on road infrastructure, such as highways, promote the protection of soil and asphalt, landscape integration, reforestation of areas affected by works, the formation of biological corridors, the marking of roundabouts and obstacles, in addition to offering visual, acoustic and wind barriers.
